Tim Alford is a Silicon Valley Broker Associate with more than 20 years of real estate experience. Clients value his strategic thinking, calm approach to negotiation, and ability to make complex decisions understandable.

Before entering real estate, Tim developed experience in management and marketing and founded a construction business. That hands-on background gave him a practical understanding of property condition, renovation potential, structural considerations, and the value of well-planned improvements. Today, that perspective helps sellers prepare and position their homes effectively while helping buyers and investors evaluate opportunities beyond the surface.

Tim became a licensed real estate professional in 2005. When the 2008 market downturn introduced new challenges, he responded by expanding his education and earning the Certified Distressed Property Expert designation. That experience strengthened his ability to navigate complicated transactions, adapt to changing markets, and guide clients with clarity and composure.

In 2013, a short-sale transaction introduced Tim to Faye Bon. They soon became partners in both business and life, building a real estate practice grounded in shared values, integrity, and personal attention.

A devoted father to his daughter, Taylor, Tim understands that real estate decisions are rarely just financial. Whether representing a first-time buyer, longtime homeowner, or experienced investor, he remains focused on protecting his client’s interests and helping them make confident, well-informed decisions.
