Faye Bon is a Silicon Valley REALTOR® with two decades of experience and a reputation for preparation, persistence, and deeply personal client care. She combines analytical thinking with an instinctive ability to understand people, helping buyers and sellers move forward with clarity and confidence.

What began as a family visit to the United States became a life-changing transition when political unrest in Iran made it unsafe for Faye to return. Building a new life meant learning a new language, adapting to a new culture, and meeting uncertainty with resilience. That experience shaped the patience, determination, and empathy she brings to her clients today.

Before entering real estate, Faye helped grow a small computer training academy in San Jose. With a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computer science, she brings both analytical discipline and an entrepreneurial perspective to her work. She became a licensed real estate professional in 2006, shortly before one of the industry’s most difficult market cycles.

Rather than being discouraged by the downturn, Faye built her practice by doing her homework, communicating honestly, and advocating tirelessly for her clients. She takes the time to explain each decision, answer questions, and ensure that clients never feel rushed or pressured.

Since partnering with Tim Alford in 2013, Faye has helped build a practice that combines rigorous preparation with warmth, responsiveness, and genuine human connection. For her, success is not simply completing a transaction—it is earning the confidence of clients who know she will remain in their corner.
