Before joining the team, Tanya worked at a leading brokerage, where she trained agents on digital tools and systems. That experience sharpened her technical skills and deepened her understanding of the market, giving her a well-rounded perspective she now brings to every transaction.

Based in Sereno's Los Gatos office, Tanya is known for her calm focus, attention to detail, and commitment to building lasting relationships. Outside of real estate, she enjoys hiking, yoga, and exploring new cities, always finding inspiration in design, architecture, and culture.
