He became a Top Producer and served as a real estate Regional Training Director in Lower New York from 2004 to 2006. From 2007 to 2009, he continued his work as a Realtor® in Boise, Idaho.

Moving to the Bay Area in 2009, Sal is currently a top-producing Silicon Valley Realtor® focusing on all 15 cities of Santa Clara County. Sal has a wife, (who he had the pleasure of working with for a large portion of his Real Estate career) 3 kids, a son-in-law, and a granddaughter. His wife has currently been enjoying her life as a grandmother and looking after their son with special needs.

Since 2021, he works alongside his youngest daughter Vanessa, who is his licensed real estate assistant and transaction coordinator. She is a San Jose State graduate with a degree in Hospitality Management, and is unified in purpose with him in serving and taking the utmost care of people.
