Lisa Faria joined the real estate industry in 2004 in Santa Clara County. She recently joined the Christie's Sereno family after an illustrious 17 years with Corcoran Global Living and Coldwell Banker. Prior to her real estate career, Lisa was a small business owner as well as a substitute teacher, and in charge of fundraising for a private elementary school.

Lisa has an outstanding grasp of the South County market and its many nuances, specializing in the full gamut of transactions from luxury homes to investment properties. Her sphere of expertise includes Morgan Hill, San Martin, Gilroy, Hollister, San Juan Bautista, San Jose, Campbell, and Santa Clara.

She has consistently maintained award-winning production in her real estate path, having been voted Realtor of the Year in Gilroy in 2018 and 2021, and Realtor of the Year on the local board in 2010. She earned the highly prestigious GRI and C2EX ratings. Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designees stand out to prospective home buyers and sellers as agents who have gained in-depth market knowledge and increased proficiency in a broad array of subjects. Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) from the National Association of REALTORS® empowers recipients to evaluate, enhance and showcase their highest levels of professionalism. It's not a course, class, or designation—it's an Endorsement of Excellence. Currently she is working on the CFSP designation (Certified Full Service Professional) with real estate industry expert Brian Buffinit as well as pursuing becoming an International Realtor through N.A.R.

Lisa serves on the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors® Board and was President in 2022. She is a Trustee for the Santa Clara County Realtor Foundation, serves on the MLS Board, and is a managing Director for the California Association of REALTORS®. She actively participates in her community's annual food drive and coat drive, and is a vigorous fundraiser for her favorite non-profits; she's always looking for opportunities to help serve her community. Currently her biggest point of community investment is being a Chair for the Gilroy Holiday Festival and Parade.

"My faith, my family, and my community are of highest importance to me," commented Lisa. "I am truly blessed to have a career that allows me to blend all three while building fantastic, life-long relationships, and making a terrific living."
