Jeny Smith has a passion for selling, designing, and building beautiful homes. She celebrates a residential sales and property management career spanning over 23 years. A focused and fair negotiator, Jeny brought over a decade of experience with her when she joined Sereno in 2018. Jeny's niche in the competitive Silicon Valley real estate market is her deep knowledge of sustainable building practices and her strong connections to the community where she was born and raised.

She is a Certified EcoBroker and a Sustainable Building Advisor who has earned the Green Realtor Designation from NAR (National Association of Realtors).

A Palo Alto, California native, Jeny offers a wealth of local insight into Silicon Valley. She is an enthusiastic participant in a variety of activities, including as a member of the Woman's Club of Palo Alto, Garden Club of Palo Alto, and Gamble Garden. Jeny also serves on the board of the Friends of the Palo Alto Parks, and at her child's elementary school PTA.

In her free time Jeny gets her hands dirty in her organic edible garden, keeps her heart rate up with Zumba dancing, enjoys the beautiful Bay Area with her family. She also blogs about her passion for construction and development on her website Heavy Equipment Love.

She loves to travel and is fluent in Spanish.
