Jason Brenneman brings a career built on trust, collaboration, and complex project leadership to his work in real estate.

Before joining Christie’s International Real Estate Sereno, Jason spent more than a decade in senior leadership at KQED, one of the nation’s most trusted public media organizations. During that time he helped guide a multi-year effort to evaluate, finance, and renovate KQED’s San Francisco headquarters—an ambitious $96M project involving real estate strategy, development analysis, and construction oversight. Jason is also a veteran media producer with more than 25 years in film and television, including work as executive producer of the 20th anniversary season of Check, Please! Bay Area and the award-winning science series QUEST.

Now based in San Luis Obispo County, Jason helps clients make thoughtful real estate decisions across the Central Coast—from coastal homes to vineyard properties and established family communities. Through Christie’s International Real Estate’s global network, he can also connect clients with trusted partners around the world when opportunities extend beyond California.
