Sereno 1% For Good Charitable Foundation
Sereno is committed to creating a business and a culture that is mindful of our responsibility to our earth and to our community. We are always encouraged to see the good and uphold it. In an effort to support the best of our community, we have pledged to give 1% of our gross commissions to charitable or community-minded groups making a positive difference in the communities we serve.
Our Funds
Ecoystem Fund* | We believe every part of our ecosystem deserves to be supported from mental health to our four-legged friends. That's why we support organizations like Momentum for Health, Early Alert Canines, and Cancer Commons. |
Education Fund* | We believe every child deserves an exceptional learning environment and the opportunity to pursue higher education. That's why we support organizations like Resource Area for Teachers (RAFT), MVLA Scholars, and 10,000 Degrees. |
Equity and Access Fund* | We believe everyone should have equal access to economic opportunity, nutritious food, and safe housing. That's why we support organizations like Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center, Hunger at Home, and Next Door Solutions to Domestic Violence. |
Disaster Relief Fund* | We believe that during the toughest times, it is our responsibility to step up and support the most vulnerable. That's why we support organizations on the front lines like Second Harvest, Santa Cruz Community Health, and SOS Meals on Wheels. |
Community Impact Fund | We believe that everyone should have access to clean air and water, live free from hunger, have a safe place they call home, and have the opportunity to create the life of their dreams. That's why we support organizations like Loaves & Fishes, Habitat for Humanity, and Momentum for Health. |
*Grant applications for our next round of funding will open on October 1, 2024 and close on October 31, 2024. Decision will be announced on November 15, 2024. Organizations can apply for one $2,500 unrestriced grant each calendar year.
