I coordinate all of this for you based on your individual needs. I will always suggest a strong marketing plan for those needing to sell a home and a strategy to negotiate a successful outcome. If purchasing a property, I will introduce you to reputable lenders who will provide you with a pre-approval letter enabling you to submit strong and competitive offers.

In addition to my real estate license, I have additional training and certification as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). This is helpful for those 55+ who need to downsize, move out of state, find a senior community, or sell the family home. I often meet with the children and/or parents to develop a plan during this type of transition.
