I grew up as part of a Silicon Valley farming family and it's a significant part of my heritage. I have vivid memories of picking Blenheim apricots, Bing cherries, and the fresh scent of corn as I walked the fields with my dad. Santa Clara was once known as the "Valley of Heart's Delight" due to the abundance of orchards, and I feel lucky to have witnessed the transformation of Silicon Valley into a global center of technological innovation and one of the wealthiest regions in the world.

 

For the last thirty years, I have been involved in land acquisition and management alongside my family. Up until 2015, I was also responsible for overseeing the sales distribution and wholesale of our family's oat hay, row crops, orchard, pumpkin patch, and Christmas tree business, formerly known as Giordano Farms. Having worked in the agriculture industry, I have gained valuable knowledge in representing farm and ranch properties. Selling land is different from selling a home in the city and involves addressing various land-related items such as wells and septic systems.
