I was born and raised on the Peninsula and have been a resident of Mountain View since 1994, where I raised my two daughters. I attended both Cupertino and Palo Alto schools before earning my Bachelor of Arts degree from Cal Poly Pomona in 1989 with a major in Management and Human Resources.

Coming from a real estate family, I began my real estate career in 1991 at Seville Properties in Los Altos. I partnered with my mother, Alice, for 15 years, successfully assisting buyers and sellers before transitioning to the management side of the business in 2006. For two years, I managed Coldwell Banker's top-producing Los Altos office, overseeing more than 100 agents.

Early in my career, I became heavily involved in my professional trade organizations, such as the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors® and the California Association of Realtors®. I held various leadership roles within these organizations, including President of my local association in 2002, Professional Standards Chair at both my local and state associations, and was honored with the REALTOR® of the Year award by my local association. Today, I remain an active and respected member of the Professional Standards committee, serve on the forms committee, and act as Treasurer for our for-profit corporation PRDS.

In 2008, my mother and I partnered with the owners of Christie's International Real Estate Sereno to open their Los Altos office. This is a group of dedicated, experienced, top-performing producers in the local real estate market. I took on the role of VP Regional Risk Manager, providing Sereno with a variety of management tools and services to reduce the risk of claims and losses.

In 2013, my mother and I decided to partner once again in selling residential real estate as Team Nuzzo. We are enjoying much success in listing and selling homes on the Peninsula.
