After obtaining his degree from Wright State University in Ohio, Ross began his real estate career by functioning as a full-time agent at a large real estate office in Santa Barbara, California. Later promoted to manager, he oversaw the day-to-day operations and was a business mentor for other agents. Ross excels in coordinating the many steps of a real estate deal and watching over the transaction with a careful eye for detail and accuracy from start to finish.
Ross’s passion for helping people and hard work led to his career in real estate. With a problem solving attitude from start to finish, Ross excels in breaking down the complicated ins and outs of a real estate transaction so that clients can understand and act with knowledge and preparation.

Ross is designated as a Realtor®, and is an active member of several local Multiple Listing Services (MLS), the Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors (CAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR), as well as holding the designation Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP). Ross has served as a Director on the Board of Directors of the Association of Realtors, as well as donating and volunteering countless hours on various board committees and charitable organizations. Ross is also a member of Saint Paul’s Lutheran church.
