Melody began her real estate career in 1998, working as a transaction coordinator for top-producing agents until she was licensed in 2003. Throughout her career, she has aligned herself with industry leaders and developed specialty knowledge in foreclosures/REO, short sales, investors, first-time home buyers, and property management. Her years of experience have made her a keen negotiator and problem solver. As a Buyer's Agent, Melody is focused on finding the perfect home for her clients. She puts their interests first and uses her 25 years of experience to help her clients navigate even the most complex transactions. Melody is a Central Coast native and lives in Arroyo Grande, where she is raising two teenage daughters. She's a local supporter of youth sports organizations, is a past president of the Five Cities Girls Softball League, and a supporter of many local non-profit organizations. When she's not assisting clients, she can be found exploring our beautiful county and all it has to offer.
