A Silicon Valley native, John graduated from Santa Clara University with a B.S. in Marketing and Finance. He was a safety for the San Francisco 49ers in 1986 and 1987 and has coached at both the High School and College levels along with serving on both School and Corporate Boards.
John has completed over 60 residential developments with many renovations, giving him vast knowledge of construction. This valuable knowledge adds incredible value to his expert ability to assist his clients in assessing the home they're selling or purchasing, and the condition their home should be in to properly sell to maximize their property value. John has a large crew of vendors to make any and all improvements happen smoothly, quickly, and efficiently.
He has also had extensive experience in Trust Sales, Probate Sales, and Divorce situations, working with many families alongside a wide range of attorneys and accountants.
