I may consider myself a true Pacific Northwest native, but I felt a persistent pull for a sunnier climate and connections pulling me to California.
In 2019, I decided to make the leap and grow roots in Santa Cruz. This transition unveiled a need and desire to helping others find affordable housing-- with a particular focus on sustainably built and high-quality Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs).
As a result, I became a business partner at an esteemed custom ADU and prefab house building company, Joy Line Homes.
