About Daniel
As a Peninsula native, Daniel King has made his homecoming as a proud Realtor and Income Property Specialist for the Watson-Marshall Group. His credentials include over ten years of real estate industry experience starting with qualifying clients for mortgages: to now selling your personal residence as well as commercial and multifamily properties.
Daniel serves first-time, seasoned homebuyers, and investors to achieve their real estate investment goals. As a scholar of the market, Daniel educates himself daily on all market activity, signals, and upcoming corrections. Additionally, Daniel makes it his primary duty to stay well versed in all local laws and tax implications pertaining to personal residences and income-producing properties: transfer of property tax basis, complex 1031 exchange scenarios, landlord-tenant relationship laws, partnerships, limited liability companies, and intergenerational family transfer strategies to name a few.
Daniel has a passion for providing white glove service to each and every one of his clients. He thoroughly enjoys the entire process of every real estate transaction. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento with an emphasis in Real Estate & Land Use Affairs. He also has a Master's in Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College of California concentrating in Finance. Given both his passion and accreditation, Daniel was destined for the real estate and investment world.
Daniel is also passionate about giving back to the community. He has supported the SF SPCA both through adoption and donation. He is also committed to advancements in medical research and is a donor to cancer research charities as well as the Alzheimer’s Association.
Outside of the office, Daniel enjoys hikes and walks with his lovely wife, Annalise, and their adorable rescue-pup, Penny. He also enjoys a game of golf with his clients or a cup of coffee on his balcony while reading the news.
