Having spent much of my life in the area, I've developed a deep appreciation for its neighborhoods, communities, and the characteristics that make each local market unique. I'm constantly paying attention to new listings, recent sales, neighborhood trends, and the factors that influence value. Just as important is the network I've built across the local real estate community. I stay closely connected with agents throughout Silicon Valley, which allows me to uncover opportunities that may never reach the open market, gain valuable insight into upcoming inventory, and help my clients position themselves for the best possible deal. My interest in real estate started long before it became my career. Growing up, I had the opportunity to take part in managing properties for my family, giving me early, hands on experience with what it means to own, maintain, improve, and make decisions around real estate. What started as responsibility quickly became something I genuinely enjoyed. I found myself studying neighborhoods, comparing properties, following the market, and wanting to understand why certain homes and locations performed differently from others. Those experiences ultimately turned an early interest into a career I'm genuinely excited about.
Born in the Bay Area and raised overseas in Shanghai and Taiwan, I grew up moving between cultures. That upbringing shaped my global outlook and curiosity about the people and places that make a community. It led me to earn a B.A. in Global Business and International Relations from USC, after which I returned home to build my career in Silicon Valley. Fully billingual in both English and Chinese, I'm able to connect naturally with the remarkably diverse clientele found throughout the area.

In my free time, I enjoy basketball, golf, cooking, and giving back to the community through various efforts. I currently live in the Mountain View and Los Altos area and am proud to build my career in a community I can call home.
