As a lifelong Bay Area resident, Daniel Chaid is passionate about helping individuals and families find a place to call home. A graduate of Bellarmine College Preparatory and former Division I wrestler at the University of North Carolina, Daniel brings discipline, integrity, and a strong work ethic to every client relationship.
Daniel has spent the past decade coaching wrestling at Los Gatos High School and has also worked as a teacher. He holds a Master’s degree in Education and is committed to serving the community that has shaped his life.
Working alongside his father at Sereno, who has more than 20 years of real estate experience, Daniel combines local knowledge, trusted guidance, and a client-first approach to help buyers and sellers navigate every step of the real estate process with confidence.
