Before joining the team, Tanya helped launch and lease two luxury A+ residential communities in San Jose and quickly became known for her ability to connect with clients and deliver results.
Her previous experience at a top brokerage, where she trained agents on modern tools and systems, sharpened her skills in technology, market knowledge, and relationship-building — all of which she now brings to the high-performing Perry Team. Her calm demeanor, attention to detail, and dedication to her clients have earned her recognition across South Bay, and her ability to build trust ensures her clients feel supported at every stage of the journey.
Outside of real estate, Tanya recharges by hiking, practicing yoga, and exploring cities through urban travel — finding inspiration in design, culture, and the rhythm of city life. Based out of Sereno's Los Gatos office, she's excited to continue growing her business, building long-lasting relationships, and guiding clients toward their real estate goals with professionalism and care.
