After earning a bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology and a master's in Public Administration, Carolyn began her career in human resources, later pivoting to teaching elementary school and launching her own small business, Yard Card Love. Carolyn's business is built on community. She is the founder and manager of Morgan Hill Mama Bears, one of the area's most active and supportive mom networks, and she takes pride in how the group has grown into a true community resource. In addition, Carolyn is a core sponsor of many youth activities and schools throughout Morgan Hill, furthering her commitment to giving back and helping families thrive.
