Melody began her real estate career in 1998, working as a transaction coordinator for top-producing agents until she was licensed in 2003. Throughout her career, she has aligned herself with industry leaders and developed specialty knowledge in all areas of real estate from marketing, appraisals, lending, property management, distressed properties, luxury homes, agriculture and more. Her years of experience have made her a keen negotiator and problem solver. Melody is focused on putting her clients interests first and uses her 27 years of experience to help her clients navigate even the most complex transactions. She is a valuable resource for her clients, is quick to respond, and always makes herself available. She has an amazing team of support readily available to handle any challenge or request.
Melody grew up on Central Coast and has lived all over the County from Paso Robles to Arroyo Grande and most towns in between. She's a supporter of youth sports and many local non-profit organizations. When she's not assisting clients, she can be found supporting local small business, exploring our beautiful county, and all it has to offer.
