Meet Steve & Christine Perry, partners in marriage and real estate since 1997. Prior to joining Steve in real estate, Christine was an in-house mortgage broker. Hundreds of clients later, this duo has sold over $1.5 billion in real estate and isn't slowing down. In fact, fast-paced is their way of life. With 90% of business coming from referrals, Steve and Christine are well-respected among clients and other agents in Northern California. The Perrys are proud to rank in the top 1% of agents in Northern California real estate according to WSJ since 1999, and are Co-Founders of one of the largest independent real estate companies, Sereno.
The Perrys empower clients to make tough decisions. They are compassionate, proactive and protective when it comes to representing their clients. Their clients consist of high-net-worth executives, investors, second homes in areas like Santa Cruz, Carmel and Lake Tahoe, relocation and even first-time buyers. Steve and Christine have dealt with every life situation imaginable which comforts clients as they close and open new chapters in life.
When they have spare time, Steve and Christine enjoy spending time with their three children, who are their proudest accomplishments. Steve's daughter, Allie, graduated from Menlo College, and she and her family now reside in Incline Village. Their son, Michael, attended Bellarmine College Prep and graduated from Santa Clara University in 2022 with a degree in Economics and a minor in Real Estate. Their daughter, Mia, graduated from Los Gatos High in 2020 and from Santa Clara University in 2024 with a degree in Communications. Christine also serves as an Active Member of the Board of Fellows at Santa Clara University.
Steve enjoys golfing and watching sports, while Christine prefers hiking and tennis.
After their purchase of a home in Incline Village in 2012, it became their home away from home and they enjoy sharing their knowledge and love of the area with clients interested in purchasing property in the area.
