Her role within Homes of Silicon Valley (a division of Christie's International Real Estate Sereno) is to offer every client unrivaled support and superior communication. Through identifying goals, developing custom strategies & implementing innovative marketing plans, she achieves desired outcomes for hopeful homebuyers, enthusiastic sellers and experienced investors. While the results always matter, doing what is right for every person and every situation matters more.
With both her real estate license and transaction coordinator certification, Amanda seamlessly navigates each buying and selling process start to finish. Having earned her marketing degree from San Francisco State University while working for several key brands, she offers many operational strengths and maintains a focus on the customer experience.
Since joining Homes of Silicon Valley, Amanda has solidified her skill set in timeline coordination, listing preparation, buyer education, home marketing (both digital & print), as well as contract writing & review. She enjoys managing and resolving both expected & unexpected challenges. Her clients often share that they appreciate her warmth, dedication, dependability and integrity.
She feels passionate about giving back to the Silicon Valley community that has and continues to be her roots. Interests and causes include coaching girls field hockey, actively supports ovarian cancer research via Toasting to Teal, and giving special needs teens a prom to remember through ‘Night to Shine'.
She is a firm believer of the expression that ‘family isn't the only thing – it's everything' and is proud to work alongside her father Mark Barber. Amanda is engaged to a local middle school teacher/athletics coach and is inspired in creating her own next chapter as she helps her clients do the same.
