I am highly driven and passionate about everything I do. I worked in Silicon Valley for over 20 years and understand the hectic pace of life and the limited amount of time my clients have. My goal is to sell your home for the highest possible price, while making the process of selling your home as easy and stress-free as possible. I handle the process from end to end and allow my clients to focus on family, work and enjoying life.

My greatest value to my clients is in negotiation, problem solving and project management. I combine a data-driven approach with a focus on negotiating the best possible outcome for my clients in every situation. You have unique needs and need an agent who is going to work to fully understand your needs and craft a plan to help you reach your real estate goals. My level of dedication and commitment to helping my clients reach their goals sets me apart from others.

I joined the John Faylor Team and Sereno Group to work with the best people in real estate. Our team has over $1B in residential sales and we have an incredible group that does whatever it takes to give our clients the best possible experience. Prior to joining Sereno Group I worked in leadership positions at Facebook and Yahoo! where I led building out two finance departments and multiple financial systems in an environment that was scaling rapidly and required hard work and strategic focus. These experiences gave me perspective on the rigors of working in Silicon Valley. I feel a duty to do whatever I can to make this process easy and support my clients as they balance hectic work and family schedules.

Giving back and having a positive impact on the world is very important to me. I want to leave everything I touch better than I found it. When I worked at Facebook in 2008 I realized there were no donations programs in place. I had a discussion with Mark Zuckerberg and he agreed to let me run donation programs in 2008 and 2009 which had a major impact in my life. Sereno Group is amazing as it encourages everyone to see the good and uphold it. We give back 1% of our gross commission to charitable or community-minded groups, making a positive difference in the communities we serve. It is one of the reasons why I love working here.

I am notorious for my inability to sit still and for my constant quest to learn something new. I love playing guitar, road/mountain biking, surfing, snowboarding, taking pictures, flying drones, chasing my two beautiful daughters around or spending time with my lovely wife Traci.
