Karen is passionately committed to create the best real estate experience, helping her clients to realize their real estate goals whether selling or buying their home or investment property. Over thirty-five years in the profession affords Karen the knowledge and experience to effectively strategize, market, negotiate, network, and organize. Bringing the highest possible price for the homes that Karen has listed, getting the best home for her clients and going above and beyond for the clients are Karen's focuses.

She started her career in real estate achieving the rank of top Realtor in her office in her first full year. Karen rose to be senior vice president and managing broker for Cornish & Carey residential real estate in four offices: Palo Alto, Mountain View, Los Altos, and Los Gatos. At each office she built up the agents, moving the office to the first place in the market.

Later when C&C became Coldwell Banker, Karen was promoted to senior vice president and regional manager for Silicon Valley; leading over one thousand brokers, sales executives and staff in its' eighteen offices stretching from Palo Alto to Gilroy. In addition, she was the Managing Broker for the two Coldwell Banker offices in Los Gatos. After a short retirement, Karen was a leader of the Alain Pinel Realtors Office in Los Gatos. While in the real estate profession, Karen with her husband Steve raised 3 children. She was also involved in leadership with several volunteer local and national organizations.

Currently, Karen holds leadership positions with the California Association of Realtors on the Strategic Planning and Finance Committee and the Differently Abled Affinity Group. She is a Past President and board of director for the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors and now is the Chair of the Broker Communication Liaison Committee. She is also an Outdoor Emergency Care Instructor for the National Ski Patrol and the secretary/treasurer patroller at Northstar California, a team leader with the Los Gatos Monte Sereno Police Departments' Disaster Aid Response Team (DART), a first aid instructor with the Industrial Emergency Council and a martial arts teacher/Sifu. She also became a Director on several Boards and was the treasurer, on both MLS Listing Service and Girls on the Run (athletic and educational program). She was also on the Pop Warner Cheer and Football Board, as well as a few others. Karen was the head coach for a competitive youth soccer team and a licensed referee. With all Karen's background and experience, she helps her clients accomplish their real estate dreams.
