As a South Bay Area native, Shannon offers first-hand insights into the various neighborhoods and regions of the area. She grew up in Cupertino and attended San Jose State University while living in the downtown area near the university. After earning a bachelors degree in Business-Marketing, she married her husband, Dave, and they bought their first home in the Santa Cruz area. Later, they moved to Los Gatos to raise their two daughters and have continued to reside there ever since. Shannon's early career includes contract administration, investor relations management and venture capital administration. Her background provided her with the perfect foundation of negotiating, investment strategy and customer service excellence for an easy transition to real estate.
