Based upon their 2005 sales volume, it is estimated that the sales team will produce over $500 million in sales during the first twelve months of operation. Trapani left his position as President and COO of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage-Silicon Valley with longtime friend and business associate, Ryan Iwanaga, formerly the Manager of Coldwell Banker Silicon Valley’s top producing office in Los Gatos, on April 6th and began working on the creation of Sereno Group shortly thereafter.
